Prior to joining Market Probe, Victor served as general manager of DINA Market Research Co. Ltd. and researcher at China Enterprise Research Center of Tsinghua University, where he played a key role in the development of CCSI (China Customer Satisfaction Index). He also acted as a senior manager with major Chinese companies, including state-owned and private firms. He has also worked for large global companies including DTT consulting firm. Victor is a successful trainer, especially experienced in business simulation training.

In his current position, Victor helps clients forecast market trends and gather the vital information needed to adapt to these trends. It is a very complex process and requires exceptional insights and knowledge of these markets.

Victor graduated from the IMBA (International MBA) – a joint program between Tsinghua and MIT.
In his leisure time, Victor enjoys the beauty of the spectacular mountains and forests in China and has visited many of these remote regions.
