Market Probe is seeking Account Directors for its Milwaukee headquarters. This is a senior level, salaried position with the potential for bonuses based off of account growth and development.
Description of Essential Duties:
Grow client business while offering exceptional proactive service to current clients.
• Build a close consultative relationship with clients in order to understand their business needs
• Head a research team that oversees and implements all aspects of a client’s project
• Work with all departments to find proactive, industry leading solutions for client needs
• Analyze and present useful data to current and prospective clients
• Communicate all aspects of a project to entire research team
• Find new innovative ways to report data to clients, in a timely and useful format
• Bring in subject area experts to consult with clients, as needed
Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple team members efficiently
• Good people skills, team orientation, and professional attitude
• A high level of initiative and strong ethical standards
• Entrepreneurial abilities – compensation for this position will be based on client retention and account growth
• Mastery of SPSS/SAS or other comparable statistical package
• Have strong analytical skill sets and a good understanding of customer data/databases
Minimum Competencies:
• 8 to 10 years of post graduate research agency experience in project management/client service
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences field required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Must be willing to travel
