Market Probe is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, pro-active individual who is eager to assist members of a client service team and gain exposure to the project management process.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will possess the following set of characteristics:
- Outstanding academic record (Bachelor’s degree required—in one of the social sciences or business administration fields)
- Strong analytical skill set
- Experience in using statistical software including SAS, SPSS, Minitab, or other statistical packages
- Skilled in interpreting cross-tabulation output (test administered during interview process)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional proofreading skills (test administered during interview process)
- Good people skills, team orientation, and professional attitude
- Ability to write, present, and think independently; and
- Able to work independently in order to take the initiative to solve problems quickly.
- Some database experience preferred

Market Probe Telephone Interviewers conduct survey research
interviews by phone to customers of Market Probe clients. Applicants
must have excellent phone skills and manners, and they must be
professional and polite in all encounters. Typing skills of 30-40wpm,
basic computer knowledge and the ability to read scripts are required. No sales of any kind are involved.
