Mr. John Morton, MBA, JD
President, Market Probe Canada
As Market Probe Canada’s President, John Morton directs research projects, supervises staff operations and leads client consultations.
John gained a thorough education in business management and marketing
research at Procter & Gamble, Inc. (Canada), where he worked across a
wide range of product categories and brands. John was also employed
with RBC Financial Group (Strategic Marketing Research & Analytics),
where he gained extensive experience in the design and execution of
large-scale customer satisfaction/loyalty, employee
engagement/commitment, and brand health research programs.
John holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from
Schulich School of Business (York University) and a Law Degree (LLB)
from Osgoode Hall Law School. He joined Market Probe in June 2001, as
Vice President and Division Head, Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty,
for the Canadian arm of Market Probe, and was promoted to Senior Vice
President in 2003 and President in 2007.
